The first appearance of Apex New Materials at the 21st China International Photoelectric Exposition

From September 4 to 7, 2019, Chengdu Apex New Materials Co., Ltd. made its first appearance at the 21st China International Photoelectric Exposition, which attracted wide attention from customers and colleagues in optical communication, laser, high-power electronics, microwave, semiconductor, photoelectric sensor, medical devices and other industries at home and abroad.

In this year's exhibition, Apex New Materials independently developed and produced high-cleanliness solder/strip preformed series Au80Sn20, Au88Ge12, Au96.85Si3.15 and so on. Gold tin solder paste Au80Sn20, silicon aluminum alloy AlSi27, AlSi50, AlSi70, Al4047 and finishing products are favored and recognized by domestic and foreign customers and peers. At the same time, during the exhibition, Apex New Material Technology Team communicated with customers on site and answered customers'questions about product application and reliability solutions in packaging field, which was unanimously recognized and affirmed by both new and old customers. 

The solder preform produced by Apex New Material independently has the advantages of high cleanliness and non-oxidation. It can effectively solve the problems of void and poor wetting. The thickness of Au80Sn20 gold-tin alloy solder can reach 10 micron, which will save a lot of cost for customers.It can also meet the needs of different customers for the use of preformed welding strips and various shapes of solder sheet. 

The low expansion silicon-aluminium alloy series of Apex New Material is produced by imported equipment. The composition of metal material is uniform, the structure is fine, there is no macro-deviation, and the oxygen content is low. It has been widely used in aerospace, microwave, power electronics, new energy vehicles and other fields. At the same time, Apex New Materials can provide a series of electronic packaging services such as post-processing, electroplating, sintering insulators according to customer needs.
